Production Customization Process
Step 1: Initial Consultation & Briefing (1–2 business days)
- Share your store layout, toy categories (e.g., blind boxes, action figures, plush), weight requirements, and preferred design style.
- We provide a preliminary sketch, material recommendation (cold-rolled steel/stainless steel), and finish options (powder coating/electroplating).
Step 2: 3D Engineering & Rendering (2–3 business days)
- Our engineers create a detailed 3D model showing:You receive color renderings with RAL color swatches for your selection.
- Overall dimensions (height, depth, width)
- Pegboard hole spacing and hook layout
- Adjustable shelf positions (every 5cm)
- Anti-tip base design
Step 3: Sample Making & Approval (7–10 business days)
- We produce a 1:1 physical sample using laser cutting, CNC bending, and robotic welding.
- In-house quality tests include:You review the sample – one round of fine-tuning is included at no extra cost.
- Load-bearing test (≥50kg per shelf)
- Hook fatigue test (≥5,000 cycles)
- Coating adhesion and salt-spray resistance
Step 4: Mass Production (15–25 business days, qty-dependent)
- Upon sample sign-off, production begins:We implement first-article inspection and random in-process checks for consistency.
- Material : high-grade steel (1.0–1.5mm thickness as specified)
- Process : punching, bending, welding, grinding
- Finishing : eco-friendly powder coating + heat curing (or zinc/chrome plating)
- Accessories : hooks, shelf clips, optional brand nameplate
Step 5: Final QC & Packaging (3–5 business days)
- 100% visual inspection + 5% random mechanical testing.
- Packaging:
- Inner layer: bubble wrap / EPE foam to protect surface
- Outer layer: export-grade corrugated carton or custom wooden case (for sea/air freight)
- Includes assembly manual and hardware kit.
Step 6: Logistics & After-Sales Support
- We arrange door-to-door shipping (sea/air) with full customs documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, COO, etc.).
- Online installation video provided; we offer free replacement of damaged parts within the warranty period.
